The load center of gravity is laterally offset by a significant predetermined lateral displacement from the vehicle's longitudinal center plane or center position.

Such devices are used in this mode. For storing and retrieving loads. If the offset is greater than the following values, the load is considered to have been significantly offset. ---Vehicles with a rated lifting capacity of less than 5000kg.

100mm; ---Vehicles with a rated lifting capacity greater than 10,000 kg and less than 20,000 kg. 250 mm; ---For vehicles with a rated lifting capacity of not less than 20,000 kg.

350 mm.

This document applies to the following types of vehicles as defined in ISO 5053-1. a) Counterbalance forklift; b) Reach trucks and strut forklifts; c) Pallet stacker truck; d) Two-way and multi-way forklifts; e) Industrial telescopic boom forklifts; f) Off-road forklifts with masts; g) Off-road telescopic boom forklift; h) Counterbalance forklift with articulated steering; i) Telescopic boom container handling vehicle; j) Counterbalanced container stacker.

Introduction

Stability is one of the important indicators for assessing the safety of industrial vehicles. With the continuous growth of demand for industrial vehicles in my country, various types of forklifts...

Stacking operations are particularly common for forklifts under lateral load conditions caused by the power unit. To ensure the forklift operates under these conditions...

The safety of stacking operations requires the adoption of international standards to regulate the stability verification of such products, thereby achieving compliance with international standards for industrial vehicle products in my country.

Align with international standards.
