4 System Design Principles
4.1 Practicality In accordance with the principle of "combining human and technological defenses", the system functions are set up to meet the needs of social fire safety management.
4.2 Scalability A hierarchical and modular design is adopted to adapt to the needs of system expansion, functional expansion, and supporting software upgrades.
4.3 Ease of operation The system's various platform software and mobile applications provide a clear, concise, and user-friendly interface, displaying information in Chinese and offering simple operation. Convenient, flexible, and easy to use.
4.4 Security Effective security measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, attacks, tampering, and virus infection of the system. Data is encrypted. Sensitive data such as passwords are transmitted in encrypted form and stored using encryption methods.
4.5 Maintainability The devices, users, and parameters within the system are easy to manage and configure, and the system is easy to maintain.
4.6 Stability The system software has strong fault tolerance capabilities, and the data has backup or redundancy measures.
5 System Architecture and Components
5.1 System architecture is shown in Figure
1.The system consists of an application support platform, an application platform, a comprehensive management platform, and a data acquisition and transmission system for networked units. The system consists of transmission devices. The functions of each platform can be implemented by one or more software programs.
5.2 The application support platform is connected to the application platform, the integrated management platform, and the data acquisition and transmission devices of networked units, providing support for the application platform and the integrated management platform. The management platform provides relevant data exchange services.
5.3 The data of the integrated management platform may be provided by one or more application support platforms and application platforms. Figure
6.1 Functional Requirements
6.1.1 The system shall have data acquisition and transmission functions and comply with the following requirements.
a) The operational status information of fire protection facilities should be collected and transmitted in real time through the data acquisition and transmission devices of the networked unit, and applied through the networked unit's applications. The platform collects and transmits fire safety management information from networked entities;
b) Information on the operational status of fire protection facilities, including automatic fire alarm systems, fire water supply and hydrant systems, and automatic sprinkler systems, should be collected. Information can be collected on the operational status of other fire protection facilities; the collected operational status information of fire protection facilities should comply with GB 25506. Regulation;
c) Fire safety management information of networked units should be collected, and the fire safety management information should comply with the provisions of GB 25506.
6.1.2 The system should have basic data entry, modification and deletion functions.
6.1.3 The operating status information of fire protection facilities, system operation and operation log information in the system should not be deleted within the valid time limit.
6.1.4 The system should distinguish between the normal operation, testing, and maintenance status of fire protection facilities.
6.1.5 Each application platform and integrated management platform of the system should support mobile applications according to the functions of each platform.
6.1.6 The functions of the application support platform should meet the following requirements.
a) It has the functions of registering, modifying, disabling, and deleting data acquisition and transmission devices of networked units, and generates a universally unique identifier for the registered device. Don't use code;
b) It has the functions of accessing, parsing, and storing fire protection facility status information and fire safety management information;
c) It has a real-time information push function, which pushes relevant information to different application platforms and a comprehensive management platform for processing;
d) The application support platform with human operators has online processing capabilities for fire alarm information, including fire protection facility malfunctions and anomalies. The platform includes online information processing capabilities, as well as inspection and check-in functions; it also provides an application support platform without human agents to handle the aforementioned information. The message is pushed to the relevant application platforms, where users of each platform confirm, process, and archive the information.
e) It has the function of accessing video information from networked units;
6.2 Performance Requirements
6.2.1 The system's query response time should be less than 5 seconds.
6.2.2 The deviation between the system time and China Standard Time should not exceed 5 seconds.
6.2.3 The application support platform should support the access of no less than 5,000 user information transmission devices, and the data receiving capability should be no less than 1,000 times/s.
6.2.4 The time from obtaining fire alarm information from the data acquisition and transmission device of the networked unit to receiving it on the application support platform should not exceed 10 seconds.
6.2.5 The time for the application support platform to send fire protection facility operation status information to each application platform should not exceed 3 seconds.
6.2.6 System operation data should be stored for no less than 6 years. Audio and video information related to fires should be stored long-term. Other audio and video... Information should be retained for no less than 6 months.
6.3 Safety Requirements The system should be classified, registered, and evaluated for information system network security level protection in accordance with the requirements of the national network security level protection system. And it meets the corresponding level of safety requirements.
7 Conformity Assessment
7.1 Testing and evaluation should be conducted under the condition that the system software user documentation is available and the software is operable.
7.2 The user documentation for the system software shall comply with the provisions of
5.2 in GB/T 25000.51-2016.
7.3 Conduct a conformity evaluation of the system software according to the requirements of Chapter 7 of GB/T 25000.51-2016, and verify whether it conforms to 6.1, 6.2.1~ The provisions of 6.2.5.
