This document replaces GB 25684:9-2010 "Earth-moving Machinery Safety Part 9: Requirements for Pipelayers", which is the same as GB 25684:9-

Compared with:2010, in addition to structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Added the terms and definitions of "sidearm pipelayer" and "slewing pipelayer" (see 3:1:1 and 3:1:2);

b) Change "safety requirements and/or protective measures" to "safety requirements and protective measures" (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the:2010 edition);

c) Deleted the contents of windows and heating and arousal systems (see 4:2:2 and 4:2:3 of the:2010 edition);

d) Deleted the installation, operating device and protection of the rear winch (see 4:4:2, 4:4:3 and 4:4:4 of the:2010 edition);

e) Added noise related content (see 4:5, 4:5:1 and 4:5:2);

f) the requirements for the verification of safety requirements and/or protective measures have been deleted (see Chapter 5 of the:2010 edition);

g) Deleted the content of the driver's manual that requires the installation of the driver's cab (see 5:2, 6:2 of the:2010 edition);

h) Changed the schematic diagram of the pipelayer (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the:2010 edition):
