1 Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements for hydraulic excavators as defined in ISO 6165; specifies the use of earth-moving machinery for the purpose or foreseen by the manufacturer

When applied under the wrong operating conditions, all major hazards, hazardous states and hazardous events related to it (see GB/T 25684:1-2021

Appendix A); and specifies techniques for eliminating or reducing the risks arising from significant hazards, hazardous states or hazardous events in use, operation and maintenance measure:
