Foreword

GB/T 25618 "earth-moving machinery lubricants Cup" is divided into two parts.

--- Part 1. nipple type;

--- Part 2. Oil injection nozzle gun.

This section GB/T 25618 Part 1, this part identical with ISO 6392-1:1996 "earthmoving machinery lubricants Cup 1 Section. nipple-style "(in English).

This section is equivalent translation ISO 6392-1:1996.

For ease of use, this section made the following editorial changes.

--- "This International Standard" be replaced by "this section";

--- Instead of using the decimal point as a decimal point ",". ",";

--- Remove the foreword to international standards;

--- To ISO 6392-1:1996 international standard referenced with the international standard has been adopted as a standard in place of the corresponding;

1 Scope

This section GB/T 25618 specifies the type lubricating nipple cup and with the required space.

This section applies to GB/T 8498 defined earthmoving machinery.

Note. hereinafter referred to as lubricating oil cup oil cup.

5 Shapes, dimensions and tolerances

Oil cup shape, dimensions and tolerances should conform to Figure 1, the requirements of the table size is the size of the finished product after processing Figure 2 and Table 1.

6 Cups oil pressure test

Oil cup should be able to withstand the injection device for the injection pressure 20MPa.
