GB/T 25117-2020 — This standard specifies the type inspection of the traction system, mainly including. a) Characteristic test; b) Test methods to verify characteristics. This standard does not specify the type inspection of each separate component. This standard applies to traction systems, which can be traction motors, converters, traction control devices including software, transformers, Input filter, braking resistor, main circuit breaker, cooling device, sensor and contactor etc. The schematic diagram of the traction system is shown in Figure 1.This figure does not represent the structure of all traction systems. This standard uses the redrafting method to amend and adopt IEC 61377.2016 "Combined Test of Traction System of Rail Transit Rolling Stock

method".

Compared with IEC 61377.2016, this standard has structural adjustments, adding 3.18, 3.19, 10.3 and Chapter 14.

Compared with IEC 61377.2016, this standard has technical differences, and the clauses involved in these differences have been passed in the outer margins.

The vertical single line (|) of the setting is marked. The technical differences and their reasons are as follows.

--- Regarding normative reference documents, this standard has made adjustments with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments.

The situation is collectively reflected in Chapter 2 "Normative Reference Documents", and the specific adjustments are as follows.

* Replace IEC 60850 with GB/T 1402 modified to adopt international standards (see Chapter 4, 6.1.2.2);

* Replace IEC 61287-1.2014 (see 10.3.4, 12.8) with GB/T 25122.1-2018 modified to adopt international standards;

* Replace IEC 60349-1.2010 (see B.3) with GB/T 25123.1-2018 modified to adopt international standards;
