Foreword

This standard is equivalent to international standards ISO 7992:2007 "blast furnace with a load of iron ore reduction Determination" (in English).

For ease of use, this standard has been modified following editorial and non-technical difference of.

--- "This International Standard" by "this standard";

"." --- With a decimal point instead of a comma as the decimal point, "";

--- Delete foreword international standards;

--- Modify the references to the corresponding national standards;

--- Rearrange the picture number and location;

--- Chapter 10 trials reporting changes to Chapter 11, also made a non-technical content changes.

Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix, Appendix B is an informative annex.

The standard proposed by China Iron and Steel Association.

This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee of the reduced iron ore and direct.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the test methods to determine the physical stability of the reduction of iron ore during the reduction with blast furnace gas flow through simulation.

This standard is suitable for lump ore and pellets.

2 Normative references

The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this standard and become the standard terms. For dated references, subsequent Amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard, however, encourage the parties to the agreement are based on research Whether the latest versions of these documents. 3 Terms and Definitions

The standards adopted GB/T 20565 in the terms and definitions.

Principle 4

At 1050 °C, the sample while applying the static load of the bed, which leads to carbon monoxide, hydrogen and nitrogen gas mixture of test samples Reduction until the reduction reaches 80%.

When the test sample reduction of 80%, the measurement sample and the sample gas pressure bed bed height variation.

5 Sampling, sample preparation and test sample preparation

5.1 Sampling and sample preparation

Sampling and sample preparation according to GB/T 10322.1 performed.

Size pellets and lump ore should be between 10.0mm ~ 12.5mm.

Drying the sample size distribution described above requires at least 6kg.

Samples at 105 °C ± 5 °C oven drying to constant weight, and then cooled to room temperature.

Note. If two consecutive dry sample varies no more than 0.05% by mass of the original sample is considered state of the sample constant weight is reached.

5.2 Preparation of test sample

Test samples were randomly taken from the sample.

Note. The test sample can also be obtained by GB/T 10322.1 in bipartite and other manual reduction of sub-methods.

From a sample of at least 5 parts of the test sample to be prepared about 1200g, each test sample weighed to the nearest 1g. Wherein, for the four test Mortem, 1 for chemical analysis.
