GB/T 24349 "Textile machinery and accessories - Cylindrical tubes" is divided into seven sections.

The partial modification using ISO 3914-5:1994 "Textile machinery and accessories - Cylindrical tubes - Part 5. Synthetic filament bobbin Dimensions, tolerances and marking "(in English).

This section according to ISO 3914-5:1994 redrafted with ISO 3914-5:1994 is a technical difference.

Reason for the above technical differences are. As the ISO 3914-5:1994 has been published for 15 years, and technological progress and development is no longer confined to in ISO 3914-5:1994 dimensions specified in this part of the increase is in line with the international trend dimensions of technological development, and can be great Production handover success affect the spinning machine, should improve the accuracy of the length of the bobbin, and enhance market competitiveness of export bobbin; therefore, this part of the increase on Said inner diameter sizes with a corresponding length, reduce the size of the deviation, in order to meet actual needs, and to enhance the applicability of this section.

For ease of use, this part of the ISO 3914-5:1994 made the following editorial changes.

a) "ISO 3914" replace the word "GB/T 24349";

b) Remove ISO 3914-5:1994 Foreword;

c) Chapter 2, "Normative references" be replaced by "normative references" and using GB/T 1.1-2000 specified in the introductory phrase;

d) a sectional view of the metal material 1 in a cylindrical bobbin to sectional non-metallic materials;

e) use the decimal symbol. "" instead of as the decimal point symbol "." this part is proposed by the China Textile Industry Association.

1 Scope

This section GB/T 24349 specifies the synthetic filament cylindrical bobbin main dimensions, tolerances and, additionally may also include spinning - Pull Stretch - deformed bobbins used in one step, and the characteristics of the bobbin inner diameter and length of the test methods made guidance notes.
