Introduction

Implement machine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis by analyzing the lubricant industry is the most preventive maintenance work main measures CONSTRUCTION. Other non-disintegration of the technology, including thermal imaging analysis, vibration analysis, acoustic emission testing and motor current analysis techniques as an auxiliary state Monitoring tools. Long-term use in the manufacturing sector shows that these technologies can bring far more than expected return on investment. However, these techniques should be with effect depends largely on the ability to perform measurement and analysis of personnel data.

Managed by the certification body of this section, it has become for the training and assessment personnel whose duties require a certain mechanical supervisor Theoretical and practical knowledge testing and diagnosis.
