Foreword
This standard is equivalent to using ISO 14314:2004 "Reciprocating internal combustion engine starter rope reengaging the basic safety requirements" (English Version).
This standard is equivalent translation ISO 14314:2004.
For ease of use, this standard made the following editorial changes.
--- Of ISO 14314:2004 international and European standards referenced, our standard has been adopted as standard by our substitute, it has not been adopted as the standard of a direct use of international and European standards;
--- "This International Standard" by "this standard";
--- Remove the foreword to international standards;
--- Deleted international standards Informative Annex A.
The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee of the internal combustion engine.
This standard was drafted. Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute, Changzhou Chang Rui days of the Power Machinery Co., Ltd.
Introduction
Safety standards in the field of machinery consists of the following standard components.
a) A Class standard (basic safety standards). the provisions of the basic concepts can be used for all mechanical, design principles and general safety considerations.
b) Class B standard (general safety standard). relates to safety factors can be used in a variety of mechanical or a security guard.
1) B1 category. safety standards on certain factors (such as safety distances, surface temperature, noise);
2) B2 category. standard safety guards (such as hand control devices, chain devices, pressure sensitive devices, guards) of.
c) Class C standards (machinery safety standards) relates in detail the safety requirements of a machine or class of machine.
This standard is described in C EN1070 standard.
This standard provides an overview of the machinery and the risk involved, hazardous situations and hazardous events in the scope.
When the Class C and Class A or B standard class standard regulations there are differences, almost to C standards prevail, according to the provisions of the standard design category C and Making machinery.
Basic Concepts Spring-rope starter system is to take measures to avoid reciprocating internal combustion engine with a rope at the start, resulting in two natural Danger.
a) to prevent the rope from slipping out of control start loosening the pulley, injury to the user;
b) prevent the operator touches the start of the rotation system components.
