1 Scope

GB/T 22987-2008 is the Chinese national standard on determination for the residues of furaltadon, nitrofurazone, nitrofurantoin and furazolidone metabolites in milk and milk powder - lc-ms-ms method. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. This standard specifies the milk and milk powder furaltadone metabolite (5-morpholin-yl-methyl-3-amino-2-one group, the abbreviation AMOZ), nitrofurazone metabolite (semicarbazide, the English abbreviation for SEM), nitrofurantoin metabolite (1-amino-2-hydantoin, the abbreviation AHD) and furazolidone metabolite (3-amino-2-yl alkyl ketones, the English abbreviation for AOZ) residual amount of liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry method. This standard applies to milk and milk powder AMOZ, measuring SEM, AHD and AOZ residues. The standard method detection limit. milk AMOZ, SEM, AHD and AOZ detection limits were 0.2µg/kg; milk powder AMOZ, SEM, AHD and AOZ detection limits were 1.6µg/kg. NOTE.
