1 Scope

GB/T 22983-2008 is the Chinese national standard on determination of six polyether antibiotics residues in milk and milk powder - lc-ms-ms method. 4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade.

4.1 Water. GB/T 6682, level.

4.2 acetonitrile. chromatography.

4.3 Methanol. chromatographically pure.

4.4 hexane. chromatographically pure.
