After testing Cheng, the cage rotating about its horizontal central axis and roll cigarettes are in a cage. Determination of the amount of exposed tobacco cigarette ends from falling.

The test conditions and the shape and size of the cage, and the pitch diameter of the shaft, the rotational speed of the cage, and the number of rotations of each test cigarette by the the number of cigarettes each test given diameter about.

First measurement sample falling tobacco mass m1 L. According to the physical dimensions of the quality and testing of cigarettes to determine the amount of each doff exposed end and the exposed end of each unit area doff amount.

4 Equipment

4.1 Adjustment tank

You should be able to regulate the atmosphere in accordance with GB/T 16447 requirements of.

4.2 Cigarette end tribal wire tester

Cigarette end tribal wire tester shall meet the following requirements.

Rotating cage a) tester consists of a number of stainless steel rod structure, cage oval cross-section. Adjacent pole spacing should be less than the measured volume the diameter of the smoke, but wide enough to allow the testing process by falling tobacco. Positioning and spacing of the rods in Appendix A;

b) end face of the cage oval center with bearings, so that the cage body to maintain the level, and can rotate about its horizontal central axis;

c) In order to allow more than one of the same sample or different samples of test sample simultaneously, along the length direction of the rotation of the cage One or more spacers to form a plurality of test cells;

d) for each test unit in addition to the fixed face, the activity should be fitted with a baffle, by adjusting the position of the flapper, can make the single the effective length of the element can be adjusted to the length of the test cigarettes, matches;
