This is Part 12 GB/T 21782 of.
This section uses the translation method identical with the international standard ISO 8130-12:1998 (E) "powder coating Part 12. Compatibility Determination. " for ease of use of ISO 8130-12:1992 in this section do major editorial changes as follows.
--- With "this Part" instead of "ISO 8130 part of this";
"." --- With a decimal point instead of a comma as the decimal point, "";
--- Delete international standards foreword.
This part is proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association (SAC/TC251).
This part of the National Standardization Technical Committee and the pigment coating (SAC/TC5) centralized.

1 Scope
This section GB/T 21782 is Paints, varnishes and related products and sampling series of standard test methods.
This section provides two different powder coatings mixing caused by measurement method the surface properties of the final coating degradation.
The results of this method depends on the powder coating of the following properties. a chemical reactivity; b chemical composition; c meltable... Appearance deterioration open the reaction began, its essence and condition largely depends on the mixing ratio of the powder. Substance may worsen surface appearance in different ways Manifested. a change in gloss; b pinhole, including small pinhole; c "orange peel" look; d "shrinkage"; e from the block; f color mixing...
The method is also applicable to the production and use of powder coating process, the mixing of different coating powder produced incompatible testing.
Note. the mechanical properties of the powder coating may decrease. But this section is only concerned about changes in appearance.
