1 Scope

This document establishes a general framework for the content and structure of the identification data on the health data card. This document specifies the identification data basic structure.

This document does not specify a specific data set to be stored in the device. This document does not apply to the specific functions and mechanisms of the following services (Even if its structure allows the use of suitable data objects specified elsewhere).

---Security functions and related services that can be specified by the data card user in accordance with the specific application, such as confidentiality protection, data integrity

Protection and identification of individuals and devices related to these functions;

---Access control services that rely on certain data card types, such as microprocessor cards;
