1 Scope

This standard specifies the video conferencing terminal IP-based network video conferencing system and non-IP networks (including GB/T 15845.4-2003 video terminals and ITU-TH. 324 video terminal) interworking architecture, the basic requirements for interworking, media interworking Requirements, interworking protocol requirements, interoperability and interconnection billing safety requirements.

This standard applies to IP-based video conferencing systems.
