---Added a definition for habitable boats (see 3.1.7);
---A definition for the sinking ingress angle has been added (see 3.2.3);
---The definitions of empty boat status and maximum load have been changed (see 3.3.1, 3.3.3, and 3.3.1 and 3.3.2 in the 2007 version), and a light boat status has been added.
Definitions of the state, maximum load state, and full load arrival state (see 3.3.2, 3.3.4, and 3.3.5);
---Added basic safety equipment, hull length, nominal sail area, water level at the concave hull, standard equipment, windward area, and stability loss.
Definitions of angle and navigation (see 3.4.4, 3.4.6, 3.4.8, 3.4.9, 3.4.10, 3.4.12, 3.4.13 and 3.4.14);
---Experiments with habitable non-sailing multihull vessels have been added (see 6.2);
---Added specifications for the dimensions of non-sailboat concave bodies (see 6.4);
---A wind-induced tilt test has been added (see 6.6);
---Added requirements for water testing and removal (see 6.10);
---Added specifications for the dimensions of the concave body of the sailboat (see 7.3);
---Added requirements for sailboat capsizing buoyancy testing (see 7.8);
---Regulations on safety signs have been added (see Chapter 8);
---A method for calculating the inlet angle has been added (see Appendix B).

Introduction
GB/T 20895, "Assessment and Classification of Stability and Buoyancy of Small Boats," provides the assessment and classification of stability and buoyancy of small boats, consisting of three parts.
constitute.
---Part 1: Non-sailable boats with a hull length of not less than 6m. The purpose is to provide stability data for non-sailable boats with a hull length of not less than 6m.
The assessment and classification of buoyancy, utilizing this section to evaluate stability and buoyancy, and assigning each vessel a rating based on its design load and maximum buoyancy.
Design category (A, B, C, or D) suitable for large loads.
---Part 2: Sailing Boats with a Hull Length of Not Less Than 6m. The purpose is to provide information on the stability and buoyancy of sailing boats with a hull length of not less than 6m.
The assessment and classification of stability and buoyancy are conducted in this section, which evaluates each vessel and assigns it a rating based on its design load and maximum load.
Design category adapted to load conditions (A, B, C, or D)
---Part 3: Vessels with a hull length of less than 6m. The purpose is to provide an assessment of the stability and buoyancy of vessels with a hull length of less than 6m.
In addition to classification, this section assesses stability and buoyancy, assigning each vessel a classification appropriate to its design and maximum loads.
Design category (C or D).
Assessment and classification of stability and buoyancy of small boats Part 3: Boats with a hull length of less than 6m Note. Compliance with the requirements of this document does not guarantee the boat's 100% safety, nor does it guarantee that it will not capsize or sink.
