Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting:

This document is part 3 of GB/T 20183 "Mechanical spray equipment for plant protection": GB/T 20183 has published the following part:

--- Part 1: Test methods for spray nozzles;

--- Part 2: Test method for evaluating the horizontal lateral distribution of hydraulic sprayers;

--- Part 3: Test method for evaluating the performance of the system for regulating the amount of liquid applied per unit area:

This document replaces GB/T 20183.3-2006 "Plant protection machinery spray equipment Part 3: Agricultural hydraulic sprayer per hectare Compared with GB/T 20183.3-2006, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are the following:

a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:2006 edition);

b) The term and definition of "liquid application rate regulation system per hectare" have been deleted (see 3.1 of the:2006 edition);

c) The specific test conditions have been changed (see 4.2, 4:2 of the:2006 edition);

d) Added general requirements for test procedures (see 5.1);

e) Changed the requirements for power output shaft speed and driving speed (see 5.2:3, 5:2:4, 5:3:2, 5:3:3, 5:4,:2006 Edition 5:1:2, 5:1:3, 5:2:1, 5:2:2, 5:3);

f) The calculation formulas for the coefficient of variation and standard deviation of the amount of liquid applied per unit area have been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the:2006 edition):

This document is equivalent to ISO 5682-3:2017 "Mechanical spray equipment for plant protection - Part 3: Evaluation of the amount of liquid applied per unit area" Test methods for regulating system performance:

Introduction

GB/T 20183 "Mechanical spray equipment for plant protection" is intended to describe the test methods for mechanical spray equipment for plant protection:

Partial composition:

--- Part 1: Test method for spray nozzles for sprayers: The purpose is to describe the test method for the spray accuracy of hydraulic nozzles for sprayers:

--- Part 2: Test methods for evaluating the horizontal lateral distribution of hydraulic sprayers: The purpose is to describe three test methods to evaluate the horizontal lateral distribution of hydraulic sprayers:

Horizontal distribution of the amount of pesticide applied by the same type of sprayers:

--- Part 3: Test method for evaluating the performance of the system for regulating the amount of liquid applied per unit area: The purpose is to describe the amount of liquid applied per unit area:

Test conditions, test methods and calculation methods for quantity regulation systems:

--- Part 4: Test method for stirring the liquid tank: The purpose is to describe the performance of the stirring system in the liquid tank of plant protection machinery:

Methods:

Mechanical spray equipment for plant protection Part 3: Evaluation of the regulation of the amount of liquid applied per unit area System performance test methods

1 Scope

This document describes a test method for evaluating the performance of a sprayer's system for regulating the amount of liquid applied per unit area:

This document does not apply to manual knapsack sprayers and aerial sprayers:

3 Terms and definitions

For the purpose of this document, the terms and definitions given in ISO 5681 apply:

4 Test conditions and equipment

4.1 General test conditions the general test conditions shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T 20183.2-2024 and the specific test conditions given in 4:2:

4.2 Specific test conditions

4.2.1 All measurements of the amount of liquid applied per unit area are made with clean water as the test liquid and are carried out on the sprayer boom:

After the number of times, the amount of liquid applied per unit area should be measured and recorded continuously until the system reaches a stable state:

A sprayer or laboratory capable of simulating driving speed can be used for stationary testing (e.g. a sprayer with a flow rate calibration mode, a sprayer with a Wheels or control systems provide a laboratory for simulating speed):

4.2.2 Before starting the measurements specified in 5:2 and 5:3, the sprayer should be set up as follows:

a) Nominal driving speed (vN): 4km/h, 6km/h, 8km/h, 16km/h or 24km/h, subject to local customs and regulations:

b) Rated speed of pump (nN):
