Foreword

GB/T 19892 "Batch Control" is divided into three sections.

--- Part 1. Models and Terminology;

--- Part 2. Data structure and language guide;

--- Part 3. General and site prescription model and expression.

This section GB/T 19892 Part 2.

This section identical with the international standard IEC 61512-2:2001 "Batch Control Part 2. Data Structures and Language Guide" (in English).

For ease of use, the original standard made the following editorial changes.

a) Remove the foreword of international standards, in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1 rewrite the foreword of this section;

b) Where "IEC 61512" where to "GB/T 19892";

c) "this International Standard" be replaced by "this section";

d) with a decimal point "." instead of a comma as the decimal point, "." this part of the Appendix A and Appendix B are normative appendix.

This part of the Appendix C, Appendix D and Appendix E is an informative annex.

This part is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.

This part of the measurement and control of the National Standardization Technical Committee of industrial processes.

This part mainly drafted by. Head of Instrumentation Technology and Economy Institute, Shanghai Institute of Industrial Automation Instrumentation.

Introduction

GB/T 19892.1-2007 provides models and terminology applicable to batch control. GB/T 19892.2-2007 discusses the data structure Structure and language guides, in which.

--- Data model defined in Chapter 4 discusses the data structure, the data model is more accurately represented by the GB/T 19892.1 the model and the relationship between objects and concepts discussed;

Relational table information exchange --- defined in Chapter 5 also discusses the data structure;

--- Prescription drawing method as defined in Chapter 6 discusses the language.

Intended use of the data model for the preparation of soft component interface specification provides a starting point, these soft parts about GB/T 19892.1 all subsets. As an integrated object model, data model discussed GB/T 19892.1 everything, but it does not assume or exclude any special system architecture or information exchange. This model is not clear division between functional systems.

Part 5 of this chapter defines a special method of exchanging the selected data. The relational table as a method of information exchange is liable because Within the limits of the range of management information, which.

--- Widely applicable techniques;

--- Can be converted into other technologies;

--- Is sufficient;

--- Other content with consistent standards.

Neither the provisions of this part of the method of transmitting a variety of information, nor does it attempt to identify all information that may be exchanged. The future may be a provision these additional methods as an alternative method for exchanging data.

Part 6 provides a graphical language used to describe the prescription of symbols and rules. Prescription is a central feature of batch control, you can place Manage complex things, but there is no way to describe it ideal for any situation. For example, a simple form is likely to be some A simple case of the most appropriate prescription form. This section provides procedures and controls at the main prescription equation applies to most complex matters Order a drawing method.

Although this section is mainly used in the batch process, but also to other types of processes of great value.
