Scope

GB/T 19346.2-2017 is the English-translated version of 非晶纳米晶合金测试方法 第2部分:带材叠片系数.

GB/T 19346.2-2017 is Part 2 of the Chinese test methods for amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys and describes how to measure the lamination factor of rapidly quenched alloy strip, that is the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the magnetic material to the total cross-section of the stack.

It gives two methods: the plane pressure method, for strip used in rectangular cores and bonded blocks, and the coil method, for strip used in toroidal cores.

For the plane pressure method it sets out the measuring principle, based on the mass, length, width and maximum thickness of a stack of cut samples and the material density, and the requirements for the pressure mechanism, the line displacement sensor and the clamping system.

Strip producers and core makers use it. It was issued on 7 September 2017 and has applied since 1 June 2018.

Foreword

GB/T 19346 "amorphous nanocrystalline alloy test method" to be divided into several parts.

--- Part 1. Ring sample exchange magnetic properties;

--- Part 2. Strip lamination factor;

This section GB/T 19346 Part 2.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

1 Scope

This section GB/T 19346 specifies the method of measuring the lamination factor of amorphous nanocrystalline alloy strip by the plane pressure method and the coil method.

This section applies to the use of rapid quenching amorphous nanocrystalline alloy strip (hereinafter referred to as tape) lamination factor measurement, in which the plane The pressure method is suitable for measuring the lamination coefficient of strip with rectangular core, adhesive block, etc. The lap method is suitable for lamination coefficient of strip for toroidal iron core measuring.

2 Normative references

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 15019 and defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Lamination factor

The ratio of the cross-sectional area of the magnetic material to the total cross-sectional area of the stack.

4 Plane pressure method to measure lamination factor

4.1 Measurement principle

A section of the tape is cut into a certain number of sheet samples of a certain size, and then stacked in the same direction to form a sample stack neatly. In the regulations The maximum thickness of the sample stack in the direction perpendicular to the casting direction of the strip is measured. According to the sample laminated quality, length, width, maximum thickness Degree and material density and other parameters to calculate the lamination factor.

4.2 Main equipment

4.2.1 General requirements

4.2.1.1 Lamination coefficient measurement system consists of pressure mechanism, line displacement sensor, clamping and moving mechanism (see Figure 1).

4.2.1.2 In order to avoid the impact of magnetic field or sample fragments on the measurement results, the various structural components in the system should be made of non-ferromagnetic materials.

4.2.1.3 The strength and rigidity of various structures in the system shall meet the requirements of measurement accuracy.
