This document is modified to adopt ISO 9241-129:2010 "Human-system interaction ergonomics - Part 129: Software personalization guidelines".
The technical differences between this document and ISO 9241-129:2010, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.
---The reference to ISO/IEC 24786 in section 7.1 has been removed because ISO/IEC 24786 is obsolete.

This document was proposed and is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Ergonomics Standardization (SAC/TC7).
Introduction
GB/T 18978, the national standard series on ergonomics, corresponds to the ISO 9241 series of international standards. It initially consisted of 17 parts.
This series of standards specifies ergonomic requirements for office work using visual display terminals. During international standard review, the ISO 9241 series was...
It has undergone significant adjustments, expanding its scope and incorporating other relevant standards to make it easier to use. The general title of ISO 9241 is "Human-System Interaction Engineering".
"Ergonomics" reflects the adjusted changes, ISO 9241 and the International Organization for Standardization's Technical Committee on Ergonomics, Human-System Interaction Ergonomics Subcommittee the name and scope of the technical committee (ISO/TC159/SC4) remain consistent. The revised series of standards is numbered in the hundreds.
The 100 series focuses on software interfaces, the.200 series on human-centered design, the 300 series involves visual displays, and the 400 series involves physical input.
Equipment, etc. Other ISO 9241 series standards not included in the "Hundred" series will continue to use their old numbering, such as the equivalent ISO 9241-11.
The.2018 national standard still uses the number GB/T 18978.11.An overview of the GB/T 18978 series can be found in Appendix A.
Corresponding to the ISO 9241 series of standards, the GB/T 18978 "Hundred" series of standards is proposed to consist of the following series.
---Series 100.Software Ergonomics. Its purpose is to identify processes and methods related to software ergonomics.
---Series.200.Human-centered design. Its purpose is to establish human-centered design principles throughout the entire lifecycle of an interactive system.
Provide requirements and suggestions for the event.
---300 Series. Monitors and monitor-related hardware. The aim is to provide methods for the ergonomic design and evaluation of visual displays.
Laws, compliance measures and guidelines.
---400 Series. Physical Input Devices. The purpose is to provide ergonomic design guidelines, selection procedures, and testing methods for input and output devices.
Evaluation methods.
---500 Series. Workspace. The aim is to provide ergonomic principles and methods for designing the spatial environment of interactive systems.
---600 Series. Environmental Ergonomics. Its purpose is to provide environmental ergonomic requirements and the impact of the environment on humans.
---700 Series. Control Room. The purpose is to provide requirements, recommendations, and guidance for the ergonomic design and evaluation of control room spaces.
---800 Series. Intelligent Systems. The purpose is to provide requirements, recommendations, and guidance for the ergonomic design and evaluation of intelligent systems.
---900 Series. Haptic and Tactile Interaction. The aim is to provide guidance for the design and evaluation of haptic and ergonomic interactions.
