1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18820 and GB/T 21534 apply to this document.

3.1 Canned food The raw materials that meet the requirements are processed, sorted, trimmed, cooked (or not cooked), canned, sealed, sterilized, cooled (or aseptically packaged), etc. Canned food is a product that meets commercial aseptic requirements and can be stored at room temperature.
