Foreword
GB/T 18737 `` Textile Machinery and Accessories Warp Beams '' is divided into 9 parts.
--- Part 1. Vocabulary;
--- Part 2. Warping beams;
--- Part 3. weaving shaft;
--- Part 4. Quality grades of weaving beams, warping beams and side warping beams;
--- Part 5. Sectional warp beams for warp knitting machines;
--- Part 6. Warp beams for loom and crochet machines;
--- Part 7. sliver, roving and yarn dyeing shafts;
--- Part 8. Definition and measurement method of run-out tolerance;
--- Part 9. Fabric dyeing shaft.
This part is the second part of GB/T 18737.
This part uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 8116-2..2008 "Textile Machinery and Accessories Warp beams Part 2. Warp beams."
The technical differences between this section and ISO 8116-2..2008 and their causes are as follows.
--- Regarding the normative references, this section has made adjustments with technical differences to adapt to China's technical conditions and the situation of adjustment.
The situation is reflected in Chapter 2 "Regulatory Reference Documents", and the specific adjustments are.
* Replaced ISO 8116-8 with GB/T 18737.8 equivalent to the international standard;
* Replaced ISO 1940-1 with GB/T 9239.1 equivalent to the international standard.
--- Added "This section applies to the production of ordinary warping beams for grey fabrics, not for dyeing warping beams" (see Chapter 1).
--- Increased the distribution circle diameter D = 250mm of transmission pin holes, and changed the dimension of dia. 380 in the figure to D (see Table 1, Figure 1).
--- Increased 800mm, 900mm, and 1000mm dimensions of the side disk diameter (d1); diameter of the shaft extension (d3) 40mm; side disk spacing
(l1) 1400mm, 1600mm type A and B warping beam specifications and sizes, the recommended metric series size is preferred (see Table 1).
--- Increased C-type warp beam specifications for shaft core diameter (d2) 270mm, shaft extension diameter (d3) 40mm, shaft hole diameter (d4) 40mm
Size to suit the needs of our country (see Table 2).
--- In the chapter on the runout tolerance of the end face of the side plate, the side plate diameter d1 is replaced by 900 mm (the original inch conversion metric size is 915 mm),
It is recommended to use metric sizes first (see Table 3).
The following editorial changes have also been made in this section.

3 types and main dimensions
The warp beam is divided into the following three types.
--- A warping beam with shaft extension;
--- B warping shaft with shaft hole centering and key transmission;
--- C warping beam with cone centering and transmission.
* C1. 50 teeth (not recommended);
* C2. 72 teeth;
* C3. 50 teeth.
The main dimensions of A and B warping beams are shown in Figures 1 and 2. The main dimensions of the C-type warp beam are shown in Figure 3.
The main dimensions of type A and B warp beams should conform to Table 1. The main dimensions of C-type warp beams should conform to Table 2.
