Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 18338.1-2001 "Basic contents to be included in the specification table of office machinery speed printing machine", and

Compared with GB/T 18338.1-2001, the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the general overview, performance, and characteristic data contained in the specification sheet of the printer (including the digital integrated printer).

Parameters such as size, quality, power supply, noise, and options do not include parameters for consumables, accessories, and options.

This standard applies to the product specification sheet provided by the manufacturer to the end user, so that the user can compare the specifications of different machines.

This standard applies to printers used in office environments (including digital integrated printers).

3 requirements

The specification sheet shall list all entries related to the machine (including the item number, entry and entry description) in the order of the entries given in Table 1.

The item number can be omitted. If the machine does not have this feature, items that are not applicable can be omitted. The remarks column is a supplement to the entry and does not have to be

Listed in the specification sheet. The specification sheet should have a note indicating that the specification sheet was prepared in accordance with this standard.

4 Specification Table Contents

Table 1 specifies the contents of the specification sheet. See Appendix A for an example of the specification sheet.
