This document has undergone significant structural adjustments compared to IEC 61156-2:2010.A comparison of the structural numbering changes between the two documents is provided below.
See Appendix A for the table.
The technical differences between this document and IEC 61156-2:2010, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.
--- Replace the normative reference IEC 60304 with GB/T 6995.2 to conform to the scope of this document;
--- Replace the normative reference IEC 61156-1:2002 with IEC 61156-1:2023 to conform to the latest IEC standard;
--- Replace the normative reference IEC 61156-2-1 with the informative reference GB/T 18015.21, maintaining consistency with other sub-standards.
Consistent;
---Change the cable's operating temperature range from "-40°C~60°C" to "-20°C~60°C" (see Chapter 4) to comply with...
The indoor use environment specified in this document is consistent with the requirements of GB/T 18015.5;
---PVC material has been removed from the list of insulating materials (see 2.2.4 of IEC 61156-2:2010) to improve product safety.
performance;
---The range for the nominal diameter of the conductor has been changed from "should be 0.5mm~0.65mm" to "preferably 0.5mm~0.65mm" (see...) 5.3), to conform to the current state of technological development;
--- An additional requirement for unbalanced resistance between wire pairs has been added (see 6.2.2.2) to ensure the consistency of resistance between wire pairs;
---The requirement for "shielding/shielding" in insulation resistance (see 3.2.4 in IEC 61156-2:2010) has been removed, so testing of shielding/shielding is no longer required.
The insulation resistance between them shall be consistent with the requirements of GB/T 18015.5;
---The minimum insulation resistance value has been changed to 5000 Mohm·km (see 6.2.4) to improve the product's safety performance and to comply with GB/T 18015.
