Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 17993-2005 "General requirements for comprehensive performance testing station capabilities," and GB/T 17993-2005 phase Than, in addition to editorial changes, the main changes are as follows.

--- Modify the "comprehensive automotive performance" terms (see 3.1, 2005 version 3.1);

--- In the management requirements, modify the inspection records, the report of the shelf life and internal audit cycle, an increase of publicity services (See Chapter 5);

--- Increased the number of inspectors requirements (see 6.1.1.4);

--- Increased requirements of authorized signatories (see 6.1.5) and appearance inspectors, chassis inspectors, exhaust gas inspectors and registrants requirements (see 6.1.9);

--- Increase the technical director, quality manager and authorized signatory qualification requirements (see 6.1.3,6.1.4,6.1.5);

--- Adjust the test items or parameters (see 6.2);

--- Modify the inspection agency equipped with general inspection equipment requirements, delete the "inspection station equipped with inspection equipment should be through the product type Type identification, and product inspection certificate and manufacture of measuring instruments permit standards. Import testing equipment reference to the implementation of "requirements (See 6.3, 6.3.2, 2005 version 6.3.2);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the service functions of automobile comprehensive performance inspection agencies, management requirements, technical capacity requirements and venue and facilities requirements.

This standard applies to the automobile comprehensive performance inspection agency construction, operation management, ability to identify and supervision and management.
