GB/T 16857.9-2022 — This document specifies inspection methods for coordinate measuring machines equipped with multiple probing systems for contact/non-contact measurement modes. This document applies to the following situations. ---Acceptance testing of the performance indicators of the coordinate measuring machine and its measuring head proposed by the manufacturer; ---Periodic re-inspection of the performance indicators of the coordinate measuring machine and its probe is proposed by the user; ---Proposed by the user to check the performance indicators of the coordinate measuring machine and its probe between two re-inspection tests. This document covers CMMs with single probe axes as well as multiple probe axes with little or most overlap in the measurement space, and is suitable for use with different A variety of probing systems composed of the same type of probe (for example, a combination of a vision probe and a touch probe, or a combination of two touch probes for different purposes combine).
