GB/T 15970.2-2000 — This standard applies to: Test forms products. Mainly suitable for rolling strip, plate or tubing, thus can be easily provided with a rectangular cross section sheet specimen, but also for the cast material, wire, rod, or a circular section machined specimen.

Bending beam specimen can also be applied to the welded parts. Sample preparation and loading device is simple and inexpensive, therefore, bending beam is especially suitable for a large number of test samples and atmospheric stress corrosion tests.
