This Part replaces GB/T 15157.2-1998 "PCB Connectors for frequencies below 3MHz Part 2. Evaluation of quality PCB has a universal mounting feature basic grid 2.54 mm with two connectors detailed specification. " This portion GB/T 15157.2-1998 compared to the main changes are as follows.

1 Scope

GB/T 15157 apply to this part of the relevant two-piece printed circuit board connectors. The group connector range from a high density of the contact member Low voltage connector (varieties B and C) to have less contact high current and high voltage connector (species D, E, F, G and H). It also W varieties suitable for two-piece connector that is used for frequencies above 3MHz, additional grounding requirements, an increase of C-shaped ground plate (shield) of Connector.

This section also applies to the two varieties of M-type connector. The varieties have two, four or six holes are equipped with different types of special contacts, such as coaxial, high voltage or current contacts (see Appendix B), the remaining 78, 60 or 42 holes equipped with the same varieties C connector the contacts.
