--- Delete the reference standard and this standard is no longer used in the existing terms and definitions;

--- Remove the "adaptive waveform" "Measurement indicates" "Self-Test" "Coupling" "low pass filter" "BCD code output," "special requirements" "Other Requirements "requirements and test methods; (see GB/T 15151.1-1994 in 4.5,4.9,4.11,4.18,4.20,4.26);

--- Added "frequency modulation (FM) tolerance," "automatic amplitude recognition" "Day timebase frequency fluctuation" "frequency stability" base date "stable timebase Time "requirements and test methods (see 4.12,5.12);

--- Updated the "Security" "environmental compatibility", "Transport Packaging", "Electromagnetic Compatibility" "Power," "reliability" "Dimensions and weight" requirement and test methods (see Chapter 4, Chapter 5);

--- Update "Quality inspection rules" in the part (see Chapter 6).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the frequency counter of requirements, test methods, quality inspection rules.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 11464-1989 and GB/T 12274-1990 and as defined in the following terms and definitions for use in the present document.
