--- Part 6. Determination of the strength of a single particle breakage.

This Part replaces GB/T 14853.4-2002 "rubber Carbon black, pelletized - Determination of mass strength", and GB/T 14853.4-2002 phase

1 Scope
GB/T 14853 provisions of this part of the determination of granulated rubber carbon black particles stacking strength.

GB 3778 carbon black for rubber
3 Method summary
The carbon black sample is placed in the cylinder of the cylinder, 10s pressure is applied through the piston. Applied to the accumulation of carbon black and not just the carbon black

4 Instrument
4.1 particle packing strength testing machine.
4.2 correction block, cylindrical stick, diameter 47mm, length 250mm.
4.3 scales, the largest scale 50kg, sensitivity 0.1kg, for barometer calibration.
4.4 cups overflow, to receive a portion of the device, placed under the cylinder.
4.5 spatula, straight edge length of at least 55mm.
5 Sampling
Sampled according to the provisions of GB 3778.
6 stacking strength testing machine barometer correction
6.1 Removing the panel stacking strength testing machine pressure gauge, replace it with a material made of aluminum or other suitable blank panel.
6.2 Scales placed stacking strength testing machine round cylinders below, with the sliding door open, so correction block through the upper circular cylinder until the station pan correction
