Scope

GB/T 14837.2-2014 is the English-translated version of 橡胶和橡胶制品 热重分析法测定硫化胶和未硫化胶的成分 第2部分:丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶和卤化丁基橡胶.

GB/T 14837.2-2014 — This section 1.1 GB/T 14837 specifies the vulcanized rubber carbonaceous residues and uncured rubber is formed using thermal gravimetric analyzer cleavage the method (see 1.2) the total organic content, carbon content, carbonaceous residue content and ash content of the component.

Of which about 300 °C the mass loss of the rubber compound content of volatile substances approximation.

1.2 section applies to the determination of hydrocarbon polymers and rubber compounds vulcanized rubber GB/T 14837.1 covered with polar groups and the following heat After the formation of the rubber solution carbonaceous residues. a) acrylonitrile - butadiene rubber (NBRs); b) carboxyl acrylonitrile - butadiene rubber (XNBRs); c) a hydrogenated acrylonitrile - butadiene rubber (HNBRs); d) chlorinated isobutylene - isoprene rubber (CIIRs); e) brominated isobutylene - isoprene rubber (BIIRs).

Note 1. If the previously validated this method is applicable to a known compound and vulcanized rubber containing similar components, the scope of application of this method could be extended to the provisions of this section except Analysis of material other than plastic.

Note 2. This section does not apply to polymers containing carbonate or hydrated alumina, mineral fillers, these fillers will decompose at between 25 °C ~ 800 °C. If you must use, should be appropriately corrected according to the packing characteristics.

Note 3. This section does not apply to vulcanizates and uncured total polymer content determination. according to ISO 1407 can not be completely removed unless the rubber organic ingredients Vulcanized rubber and unvulcanized rubber.
