Scope

GB/T 14352.20-2021 is the English-translated version of 钨矿石、钼矿石化学分析方法 第20部分:铌、钽、锆、铪及15个稀土元素量的测定 电感耦合等离子体质谱法.

GB/T 14352.20-2021 is the part of the Chinese series on the chemical analysis of tungsten and molybdenum ores that determines niobium, tantalum, zirconium, hafnium and fifteen rare earth elements by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.

It gives the principle, the reagents, the apparatus, the decomposition of the test portion, the measurement conditions, the calibration, the calculation of each element, the precision and the test report.

It applies to the determination of these elements - yttrium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium and lutetium among them - in tungsten and molybdenum ores.

Mines, smelters and geological laboratories use it. Issued on 9 March 2021, it has applied since 1 October 2021.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 14352 specifies the determination of niobium, tantalum, zirconium, hafnium and hafnium in tungsten ores and molybdenum ores by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.

15 rare earth elements (yttrium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, lutetium) content.

This part is applicable to niobium, tantalum, zirconium, hafnium and 15 rare earth elements (yttrium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, Dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, lutetium) content determination by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.

The detection limits and measurement ranges of the elements in this section are shown in Table 1.
