GB/T 14048.22-2022 — This document specifies the requirements for PCB terminal blocks intended primarily for industrial or similar purposes. The copper conductors are mounted or fixed on the printed circuit board by soldering, press-fitting, or equivalent, so that an electrical or mechanical connect. This document applies to circuits with rated voltage AC not exceeding 1000V, frequency up to 1000Hz or DC not exceeding 1500V. PCB terminals for treated or untreated copper conductors with a connection cross-sectional area of 0.08mm2~300mm2 (AWG28/600kcmil) sub-row. Note 1.The large-section terminal block is specially used for specially designed high-current PCBs. Keep the cross-sectional area range up to 300mm2 to cover everything possible the use of. See Appendix C for examples of high-current PCBs and PCB terminal blocks. Note 2.AWG is the abbreviation of "American Wire Gauge"; 1kcmil=1000cmil=0.507mm2; 1cmil = 1 circular mil = area of a circle with a diameter of 1 mil; 1mil=1/1000 inch=0.0254mm. This document can be used as a special specification with components (isolating devices, integral tubular fuse-links and similar components or conductors with other dimensions, etc.) Guidelines for Type PCB Terminal Blocks. Where applicable, when referring to IEC 60947-1.2020, the term "clamp" is used in this document instead of "terminal".
