Foreword

"Weld nut" series of national standards include.

--- GB/T 13680 welded square nut

--- GB/T 13681 (revised will be changed to GB/T 13681.1) welded hex nuts this section GB/T 13681 Part 2.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This Part replaces GB/T 13681.2-2010 "welded hex flange nut," compared with GB/T 13681.2-2010, the main technology the changes are as follows.

--- Reference thread standard according to the other nuts product standard unified GB/T 193, GB/T 9145 (see Chapter 2);

--- Increase the thread size M8 × 1, M10 × 1.25, M10 × 1, M12 × 1.25 (see Table 1);

--- According to the limit deviation h14 modify the minimum s (see Table 1);

--- Increasing the material carbon equivalent (CEV) does not exceed 0.53% (see Table 2);

--- Increase the surface defects according to GB/T 5779.2 (see Table 2);

--- Modify the fine thread nut to ensure the load value (see Table 3).

This section uses the redrafted method Amendment uses ISO 21670:2014 "Fasteners welded hexagonal flange nut" (in English).

This part of ISO 21670:2014 technical differences and the reasons are as follows.

--- Normative references, replace the international standard with our country standard (see Chapter 2), increase the reference GB/T 90.2 (see Table 2), GB/T 193 (see Table 2), GB/T 9145 (see Table 2) and GB/T 1237 (see 5.1), delete the ISO 724, ISO 965-3 Reference to meet the basic standards of China's fasteners;

--- According to the limit deviation h14 given directly to the minimum and nominal s (= maximum), for ease of use (see Table 1);

--- ISO 21670:2014 Chapter 4 of the editing methods and other ISO fastener product standards, the content of 4.1 to 4.7 Reason in Table 2 (see Table 2);

--- Increase packaging technology requirements (see Table 2), in line with China's basic standards fasteners;

--- Modify the mark example To simplify the mark example (see 5.2), to comply with the provisions of GB/T 1237.

Welded hexagonal flange nut

1 Scope

GB/T 13681 provisions of this part of the welded hexagonal flange nut type size, technical conditions and markings.

This section applies to the thread size M5 ~ M16, coarse thread and thread diameter D = 8mm ~ 16mm, fine thread, product Grade A welding hexagonal flange nut.
