GB/T 13277 "Compressed air" is divided into 9 parts.

Part 9. Methods for the measurement of liquid water content.

This part is part 2 of GB/T 13277.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part uses the re-drafting method to modify ISO 8573-2.:2007 "Compressed air Part 2. Suspended oil content measurement method" (English version).

Taking into account our national conditions, this part of the use of ISO 8573-2.:2007, made some changes. The technical differences have been incorporated into the text and in the margins of the terms to which they relate. These technical differences and their originals are given in Appendix D for a list of references.

For ease of use, this section also makes the following editorial changes.

a) the word "international standard" is replaced by the words "this part";

b) Replace the comma as a decimal point with a decimal point "."

c) Replace "bar" with "MPa" for pressure units;

d) Deleting ISO 8573-2.:2007 Preface.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 13277 specifies the sampling and quantitative analysis of liquid and suspended oils in compressed air (Method A and Method B).

This part applies to the general use of compressed air system in the oil content measurement, oil measurement range of 0.001mg/m3 ~ 40mg/m3.

This section does not apply to the measurement of the oil vapor content in compressed air. See also ISO 8573-5 "Compressed Air Part 5 Points. oil vapor and organic solvent measurement method ".

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 13277.1 Definitions and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Oil

A mixture of six or more carbon atoms, i.e., C6, 3.2 Suspension oil oilaerosol Suspension of suspended liquid oil mixture suspended in the gaseous medium.

Wall flow walflow

Tube part of the air flow is no longer suspended when the part of the liquid pollutants.

4 Units

The units used in this section are units commonly used by the International System of Units (SI).

5 Standard status

The standard conditions for the description of the suspended oil content are as follows.
