This Part replaces GB/T 12861-1991 "electronic equipment - Piezoelectric ceramic resonators for low frequency Blank detail specification for piezoelectric ceramic resonators Assessment level E (Applicable for certification) "and GB/T 12863-1991" electronic equipment - Blank detail specification for piezoelectric ceramic resonators high Frequency piezoelectric ceramic resonators Assessment level E (Applicable for certification) ", compared with the GB/T 12861-1991 and GB/T 12863-1991, the main changes are as follows.

--- Low-frequency and high-frequency piezoelectric ceramic resonators piezoelectric ceramic resonator requires combined into a single blank detail specification;
