Foreword

GB/T 11441 "in telecommunication and electronic equipment - transformers and inductors core piece" is divided into the following sections.

--- Part 1. mechanical and electrical properties;

--- Part 2. Soft metal laminations lowest permeability specifications.

This section GB/T 11441 Part 2.

This section based on GB/T 1.1-2009 given rule drafting.

This section uses redrafted law revision using IEC 60740-2:1993 "communication and electronic equipment transformers and inductors laminations Part 2. Soft metal laminations lowest permeability specification. " this part of IEC 60740-2:1993 technical differences are.

--- References GB/T 11441-1989 "telecommunication and electronic equipment transformers and inductors laminations" is to modify the use of IEC 60740. 1982 "transformer and inductor core sheet" (see Part 2);

--- References GB/T 21219-2007 "magnetic classification" Although identical with IEC 60404-1:2000 "magnetic materials Materials - Part 1. Classification, "but with the IEC 60740-2. 1979 technical differences exist (see 1993 is referenced in IEC 60404-1 Chapter 2 of this section).

This section also includes the following editorial changes.

--- With "this Part" instead of "this International Standard";

--- With "normative references" instead of "reference standard";

--- "IEC designation" to "designation";

--- Instead of using the decimal point as a decimal point ",". ",";

--- In the calculation formula, the value is multiplied by the multiplication sign "×" dot instead of "*";

--- The Figure No. 1 to 7 were changed to Figure 1, a) ~ g);

--- The "IEC 404-8-6" to "IEC 60404-8-6", "IEC 404-1" to "IEC 60404-1";

--- This section IEC 60740-2 7.3 Notes represented by text and formulas. Increments;

--- This section Tables 4 to 9, the lowest permeability units move tabular data;

--- This section omitted the IEC standard foreword and introduction.

This part is proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.

This part of the National Magnetic components and ferrite materials Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC89) centralized.

This section is responsible for drafting units. China Electronics Technology Group Corporation ninth Institute.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 11441-1989 define the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Alloy subcategories aloysubclass for E1 ~ E4 alloy, alloy expansion of a species (No. 2) Number that represents the shape of the hysteresis loop. Where 1 represents the general arc Back line, 2 denotes a rectangular loop.

Magnetic Level magneticgrade Corresponding to the relative permeability of the material double-digit, when added to the alloy after subcategories, said different magnetic levels.

4 Grade, laminated extension

When it is necessary to laminate a predetermined size, shape and thickness, but also indicate lamination performance, you need to use a particular alloy, it is necessary GB/T 11441-1989 of 7.1 given grades to be expanded.

Extended Code grades for example as follows.
