Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB 10238-2005 "oil well cement."

The main changes compared to the Standard and GB 10238-2005 are as follows.

--- This standard is mandatory nature of the change recommended;

--- Deleted E-class, F-class two-level oil well cement (2005 Version 4.1.1);

--- Temperature for temperature measurement and control system allows deviation and pressure measurement system requirements, and has been modified (see Chapter 8, 9

Chapter, Chapter 10, 2005 edition of Chapter 8, Chapter 9, Chapter 10);

--- On timers and temperature measurement system calibration frequency required changes (see Chapter 7, Chapter 8, Chapter 9, Chapter 10, 2005

Version of Chapter 7, Chapter 8, Chapter 9, Chapter 10);

--- Compressive strength test mode from the original side of 50.8mm to 50mm or 2in (see 9.1.1.1,2005 version 9.1.1);

The performance indicators --- pressure thickening device used in hydrocarbon oil change (see 10.1,2005 version 10.1).

This standard uses redrafted Law Amendment uses ISO 10426-1.2009 "cementing oil well cement and material specifications."

This standard and ISO 10426-1.2009 compared to more adjustments in the structure, are given in Appendix A of this standard and ISO 10426-1.

This standard and ISO 10426-1.2009 compared to the existence of technical differences, these differences involve the provision has passed the gap in the outside margin

This standard also made the following editorial changes.

--- Remove the ISO 10426-1.2009 Foreword and Introduction;

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1

Oil well cement additives oilwelcementadditive

Water was added to the slurry to improve the performance of the material.

Note. The performance improvement usually include setting time (use of retarder or accelerator), dehydration, and viscosity.

3.2

Pressure device thickening atmosphericpressureconsistometer

For grout mixing and modulation device.

Note. not for thickening measurement time.

3.3

Consistency unit --- Burdon (Bc) Beardenunitofconsistency

Measured by the pressure thickening slurry consistency.

3.4

Portland cement portlandcement

The Portland cement clinker (mainly composed of calcium silicates and aluminates hydraulic composition) product with an appropriate amount of one or more types of ground gypsum formed.

3.5

Pressure thickening device pressuredconsistometer

At a predetermined temperature and pressure, for the determination of water slurry thickening time of the instrument.

3.6

Free fluid freefluid

Under standing conditions, away from the aqueous slurry precipitated colored or colorless liquid.
