GB 9316-2007 — This Chinese standard gives the security requirements for electronic flash apparatus.

This standard applies to storage not exceeding 2000J not be dripping or splashing in the following electronic flash apparatus for photographic purposes and related apparatus: a) a single flash unit, you can have more than one at the same time shining flash head. b) continuous multiple exposure photography with flash devices. c) with electronic flash apparatus for photographic purposes connected battery charger and power supply unit, it may be part of the power plug. d) attachment means, for example: the specification listed in the light amount adjuster and flash synchronization and so on. This standard does not apply to strobe devices.
