Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB 8195-1987 "refinery Health protection standards." this standard compared with GB 8195-1987 The main technical changes are as follows.

--- Adjust the standard name, and according to GB/T 1.1-2009 standard structure adjustment;

--- Amendments to the definition of health protection distance, increasing the sensitive area, complex terrain two terms and definitions;

--- Revised the Health protection zone standard value, adjust the scale of production sub-file, no longer consider crude oil sulfur content;

--- Increased requirements for greening.

This standard is proposed and administered by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Health.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the health protection distance required between oil processing enterprises and sensitive areas.

This standard applies located in the plains region's oil processing enterprises in new construction, renovation, expansion project. Existing oil processing enterprises can refer carried out.
