Foreword

6.1.2,6.1.3,6.1.4 of this standard is mandatory, the rest are recommended.

This standard is not equivalent SAEJ1402.2005 "(R) Automotive air brake hose and hose assemblies." this standard is based on SAEJ1402. redrafted 2005. For ease of comparison, the national standards are listed in this article in the informative Appendix A List of control models and SAE standard terms.

This standard SAEJ1402. The main difference 2005.

--- modify the specifications 6.3,11.5,12.5SP, 12.5 to 6,12,13SP, 13, and increased the size 15;

Chapter 3 --- modifications within the hose section, the outer diameter (Table 1);

--- amend the provisions of Chapter 6 identifies the part, and finally transferred to this standard logo in Chapter 8;

--- deleted 1.1 bar will explain some of the terms of this standard to join the preface;

--- deleted Table 1 Inch specifications.

Instead of the standard GB 7128-1986 "automotive air brake hose." the main difference between this standard and GB 7128-1986 are.

--- This standard is modified using SAEJ1402.2005, GB 7128-1986 are employed with reference to Japanese Industrial Standard JISD2606-1980, restructuring large, and project performance parameters vary greatly;

--- Inner diameter specifications of the original standard was changed to 10, 13 5,6,8,10,11,12,13SP, 13,15,16 nominal size (edition of 1986 1.2; edition, Chapter 3);

--- increased hose structure, Type A, Type AI, AII type is defined (edition chapter 3);

--- increased vehicle installation recommended minimum bend radius (edition Chapter 5);

--- removed the hose appearance requirements, acceptance regulatory provisions (Chapter 4 version 2.11 and 1986);

--- deleted packaging, shipping, storage requirements (version 1986 5.2,5.3,5.4,5.5 and 5.6), an increase of the assembly of identification requirements (Edition 8.2).

7.4 Test Procedure

7.4.1 Overview

Deflection from the center of the sample is obtained by moving the position of the stroke linker "B" from each side of the center to 75mm (dimension A in FIG. 2), i.e., the position "1" and the position "2" are alternately performed. At the same time, pressure is applied to the circulating air, the opening 60s, OFF 60s.

7.4.2 Flex/pressure cycling test parameters

7.4.2.1 The total deflection stroke 150mm ± 1.5mm.

7.4.2.2 Deflection stroke frequency

1.7Hz ± 0.1Hz.

7.4.2.3 Ambient temperature

26 °C ± 6 °C.

7.4.2.4 Inner pressure of the sample

1MPa ± 0.1MPa. Air pressure should alternate, all "open" 60s ± 5s, all "OFF" 60s ± 5s.

7.5 Bending test termination

Due to damage of the sample can lead to loss of air pressure, whereby the measurement can be the point of failure (the number of cycles Flexing). Air pressure is provided by cross for all "open" 60s ± 5s and full "off" 60s ± 5s applied. Through a 1.6mm + 0.05 0 mm diameter orifice again in 2min when pressurized to 1MPa ± 0.1MPa, the pressure loss can be referred to as system damage. The system does not before completing one million cycles Flexing it should be destroyed.
