c) When a high-voltage equipment grounds, personnel should not approach within 4 meters of the fault point indoors, and should not approach within 8 meters outdoors. Personnel within the area should wear insulated shoes; insulated gloves should be worn when touching the equipment casing and frame.
4.6.5.3 Switching operations shall be carried out according to the orders of the power dispatcher or supervisor. The order shall be repeated to confirm its accuracy before execution, and the supervisor shall be a technical or business expert. Personnel with relevant experience should be assigned to the task. The operator responsible for switching operations should fill out an operation ticket; each operation ticket should only contain information on one operation task.
4.6.5.4 The following requirements shall be met when working with electricity.
a) Live work should not be performed on equipment with voltage levels of 6 kV to 10 kV and above, but low-voltage live work is permissible. It should be done by two people, one working and the other supervising.
b) When working with live parts, cuffs should be tightened, and safe, insulated tools should be used. Do not touch live parts directly with your hands, and do not touch them with your body. Simultaneous contact with two phases or phase and ground.
c) Personnel standing on the ground should not directly pass objects to those working with live electrical equipment.
