This document replaces GB 4706.92-2008 "Safety of household and similar electrical appliances for the recovery of refrigerants from air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment"
Compared with GB 4706.92-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Changed the voltage of refrigeration equipment applicable to appliances for recovery and/or regeneration of refrigerant in the scope (see Chapter 1,.2008 edition)
Chapter 1);
b) Added definitions of terms such as "compressor", "refrigerant", "flammable refrigerant", "recovery tank" and "scale" (see 3.101, 3.105, 3.106,
3.107, 3.108), deleted the definitions of terms such as "compression method", "temperature limiting device", "pressure relief device" and "maintenance workshop" (see
3.101, 3.102, 3.104, 3.105 of the.2008 edition);
c) Added the symbols "Read the Operation Manual" and "Operation Manual. Operating Instructions" and their requirements, and added the corresponding symbols for the maximum allowable pressure.
Related requirements (see 7.6);
d) Condenser fan motor fault has been added to the fault condition examples (see 19.5);
e) Added relevant requirements for abnormal normal operation tests of equipment equipped with protective electronic circuits (see 19.11.4);
f) Added pressure test requirements for refrigeration system components (see 21.1, Appendix CC);
g) Added vibration test requirements for appliances using flammable refrigerants (see 21.2);
h) The mechanical strength test requirements for components using non-flammable refrigerants have been changed (see 21.104, 21.104 of the.2008 edition);
i) Added test requirements for Y capacitors (see 22.42);
j) Changed the requirements for flammable refrigerant hoses (see 22.104.5, 22.104 of the.2008 edition);
k) Added the tensile test and permeability test requirements for hoses carrying flammable refrigerants (see 22.104.8, 22.104.9), and changed the requirements for hoses
Leak detection requirements for hose assemblies during pipe permeability testing (see 22.104.9.4,.2008 Edition);
l) The pressure test requirements have been changed and the requirements for subcritical refrigeration systems using R-744 have been added (see 22.105);
m) Added structural requirements for appliances using flammable refrigerants (see 22.107);
n) Added requirements for power sockets connected to equipment (see 22.108);
o) The vacuum level has been deleted (see Appendix AA of the.2008 edition), and the temperature and pressure tests have been added (see Appendix AA);
p) Deleted the particulate matter in the standard contaminated refrigerants (see Appendix BB of the.2008 edition);
q) Added pressure test (see Appendix CC);
r) The requirements for expansion oil (see Appendix DD of the.2008 edition) have been deleted, and a leakage simulation test has been added (see Appendix DD);

Introduction
GB/T 4706 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances" mostly adopts IEC 60335.On this basis, GB/T 4706 refers to
The structure of IEC 60335 is divided into several parts, consisting of general requirements and special requirements. Part 1 is general requirements, and the other parts are
For products covered by special requirements, their safety requirements are general requirements used in combination with the special requirements.
The requirements include supplements and modifications to the corresponding clauses in the general requirements to provide complete requirements for each product.
This document is the protection that the equipment needs to have against electrical, mechanical, thermal, fire and radiation risks when it is used normally according to the instructions.
This document also covers abnormal conditions that may occur during use and considers how electromagnetic interference may affect the safe operation of the appliance.
This document has taken into account the requirements specified in GB/T 16895 "Low Voltage Electrical Installations". The appliance is connected to the power supply in accordance with the electrical wiring rules.
requirements are coordinated.
If multiple functions of an appliance involve other parts of GB/T 4706, the other parts shall apply to the appliance separately as long as it is reasonable.
Each function. If applicable, consider the impact of one function on other functions.
When no additional requirements are given in other parts for hazards already included in this document, GB/T 4706.1 applies.
GB/T 4706 is a standard covering appliance safety and takes precedence over general standards/horizontal standards covering the same subject.
This document is used in conjunction with GB/T 4706.1-2024 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances Part 1.General Requirements".
The part marked "applicable" in the document indicates that the corresponding clauses in GB/T 4706.1-2024 are applicable to this document; the part marked "replaces" in this document indicates that the corresponding clauses in GB/T 4706.1-2024 are applicable to this document.
For the parts marked as "added" in this document, in addition to complying with the provisions in GB/T 4706.1-2024,
In addition to the corresponding clauses, the clauses added in the clauses of this document must also be complied with; the part of this document marked "modified" means that in GB/T 4706.1-
The relevant provisions of 2024 shall be amended.
