This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted:

This document replaces GB/T 4657-2009 "Code of Central Party and Government Organs, People's Organizations and Other Institutions", and GB/T 4657-2009 in contrast, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Changed the compilation principles (see 4.1, 4:5, 2:1, 2:5, 2:6 of the:2009 edition);

b) Changed the coding method (see 5.3, 3:3 of the:2009 edition);

4 Compilation principles
