This standard specifies the tin, antimony, mercury mining and smelting industrial production process water pollutants and air pollutants emission limits, monitoring

Measurement and monitoring requirements of the regulations in key areas of water pollutants and air pollutants emission limits in particular.

This standard is the first release.

From the date of implementation of this standard, tin, antimony, mercury and industrial enterprises water and air pollutants implementation of this standard, no longer perform "Sewage

This standard is tin, the basic requirements of antimony, mercury emission control of industrial pollutants. Local people's governments at the provincial level for this standard not provided

Pollutants may establish their local emission standards; this standard has been provided for projects pollutants may establish more stringent than the present standard

Quasi-local emission standards. Requires environmental impact assessment document stringent than this standard or local standards, should follow approval of the ring

Environmental impact assessment documentation requirements implemented.

This standard is developed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection Science, Technology organization.

This standard is mainly drafted by. Kunming University, Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, nonferrous metals, industrial pollution control engineering technology

Center, China Nerin Engineering Co., Ltd. (Nanchang Nonferrous Metallurgy Design and Research Institute).

This standard is approved by the Ministry of Environmental Protection April 28, 2014.

New business from July 1, 2014, implementation of the existing enterprise standards from January 1, 2015. It can also be based around local

Needs and economic and technical conditions for environmental protection, by the provincial government for approval early implementation of this standard.

The standard explanation by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
