3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 2828.1 Definition The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Inspection lot inspectionlot
The same brand of material, the same production process of continuous production, the battery of the same size and dimensions, referred to as batch.
4 Requirements
4.1 General Requirements Appearance
Battery should identify and comply with the United Nations "on the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations," the relevant requirements.
4.2 Performance Requirements
4.2.1 vibration requirements
Vibration test cell capable of withstanding, without liquid leakage of the battery.
4.2.2 requires differential pressure
Test cell capable of withstanding pressure without leakage of a battery liquid.
4.2.3 leakage requirements
Battery fluid leaking through the leak test and vibration test and did not occur at 55 °C electrolyte from cracked or not cracked housing
Effluent, and there is no free liquid effluent.
5 Performance Test
5.1 vibration test
5.1.1 Test Equipment
Vibration machine.
5.1.2 Test Method
The battery is firmly clamped on the shaker platform, applying amplitude of 0.8mm (1.6mm maximum total deviation) of the simple harmonic motion. Frequencies
Press 1Hz/min varied between 10Hz ~ 55Hz. Each of the battery mounting position (direction of vibration) is applied to all the back and forth vibration frequency range
Wai, time 95min ± 5min. Three mutually perpendicular positions of the battery, if the injection hole and an exhaust hole, down to its position, both feed
Rows are equal to test time.
5.2 pressure test
5.2.1 Test Equipment
pressure gauge.
5.2.2 Test Method
After the vibration test, the battery is stored 6h at 24 °C ± 4 °C, while applying a pressure of at least 88kPa. Three pairs of batteries
A position perpendicular to each other, if the injection hole and an exhaust hole, down to its position, both of the test at least 6h.
5.3 Leak Test
5.3.1 Test Equipment
Explosion-proof oven.
5.3.2 Test Method
Cracked effluent from the electrolytic solution to observe whether cracks or housing and the presence of free flowing liquid at a temperature of 55 °C.
6 Sampling

7 packing provisions
7.1 packaging container should comply with the transport of dangerous goods regulations, the use of the outer container should be suitable material of adequate strength and capacity according to
The capacity to adapt and use the design and manufacture of packaging container category equal to or higher than the packing group required for the transport of dangerous goods.
Be cast or printed marks and batch printing and packaging, packaging indicia on 7.2 packaging container, lot number should be correct, clear, strong, consistent GB 19458 have
Customs requirements.
7.3 packaging container surfaces should be clean, does not allow cause dangerous residues, contamination, without leakage.
7.4 packaging should be firmly secured in the outer packaging, to prevent cracking occurs during normal transport, puncture or leak. The battery should be protected
Preventing a short circuit occurs in the container.
7.5 between the outer container and the container should be sufficient cushioning material to prevent leakage of a battery liquid.
7.6 will not start to ring with the dangerous goods loaded chemical reaction and lose sealing effect or impact quality of the goods.
7.7 pressure test and vibration test was not leaked battery if the battery is part of a mechanical or electronic device and is actuated
Apparatus necessary, be firmly secured to the battery holder and the apparatus be protected from damage and short circuit.
8 Inspection Rules
8.1 Test items
Chapter 4 of this standard, the requirements of Chapter 5 one by one test.
8.2 Test conditions
When any of the following circumstances, should be carried out inspection of hazardous properties.
--- When the production of new products or old products converting;
--- After the official production, such as materials, processes are major changes that may affect product performance;
--- In normal production, every six months;
--- After the product long-term shutdown, resume production;
When --- factory inspection results with the results of the last test hazardous characteristics are quite different;
--- national quality supervision agencies to conduct inspection of hazardous properties.
8.3 determine the rules
8.3.1 Appearance
First, according to the standard general visual inspection, using decision rules GB/T 2828.1 health check a sampling program, the reception quality

8.3.2 Performance
Performance testing in general appearance inspection based on the test described in Chapter 5, the battery has a leakage occurs in the three tests.
Fluid phenomenon, namely, packaging and transport of dangerous goods in accordance with the requirements. Such as leakage phenomenon did not occur in the three tests, it is not subject to dangerous goods
Lose prescribed limit.
8.4 substandard batch
If the test result is only a failure, you should double sampling re-examined, as there are for one or more failed, it is judged
The inspection lot failed.
