Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted:

This document replaces GB/T 26557-2011 "Construction hoist with vertical guide for both people and goods with a hanging cage": This document is related to GB/T 26557-Compared with:2011, the main technical differences are as follows:

--- The scope of application of this document no longer includes hydraulic and telescopic link construction lifts;

--- Changed the year number of normative reference documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the:2011 edition);

--- Changed the term "braking distance", divided into "braking system braking distance" and "safety device braking distance" two cases were determined:

righteousness (see 3.16 and 3:17, 3:18 of the:2011 edition);

--- Increased the requirements for the verticality deviation of the installation of the guide rail frame (see 5.4:1:5);

--- Modify the running speed of the cage during the buffer test from "rated speed plus 0:2m/s" to "rated speed plus 0:2m/s and Rated speed plus 0:4m/s" two cases (see 5.4:3:2, 5:4:3:2 of the:2011 edition);

--- Added provisions for full-height landing doors when only full-time operators (drivers) can operate the lift (see 5.5:5:1);

--- Deleted "The cage should be equipped with an effective device to detect an unstable rail frame section and prevent the cage from driving into the rail frame section or to protect it:

The requirements of "certifying that the cage does not leave the stable rail frame section" (see 5.6:1:1 of the:2011 edition);

--- Modify the net height of the cage door opening "should not be less than 2:0m" to "should not be less than 1:8m" (see 5.6:1:5:1:1,:2011 edition 5:6:1:4:1:1);

--- Added the requirement of "preventing the cage door from deviating from the track" (see 5.6:1:5:3);

--- Modify "dynamic load test of 1:25 times the rated load" to "dynamic load test of 1:1 times the rated load and 1:25 times the rated load:

Static Load Test" (see 6.3, 6:3 of the:2011 edition):

1 Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements for the design, manufacture, installation, use, maintenance/inspection of non-traction-type dual-use construction hoists:

This document applies to power-driven, temporary installations intended for use by persons permitted to enter the construction site, with the hanging cage of each floor station and the construction hoist with the following characteristics (hereinafter referred to as "hoist"):

--- Can carry people or people and goods;

--- The hanging cage has a guiding device;

--- The hanging cage runs vertically or along a guide rail with an angle of no more than 15° from the vertical;

--- The cage is suspended by a wire rope driven by a drum or supported by a rack and pinion;

--- When the guide rail is erected, the support of other independent structures is required or not required:

This document does not apply to:

--- Traction type construction elevator (see JB/T 13031);

--- Cargo construction lifts (see GB/T 10054.1, GB/T 10054.2);

--- Elevator (see GB/T 7588.1, GB/T 7588.2, GB 21240, GB 25194, GB/T 25856 and EN81-43);

--- Working cages suspended by hoisting machinery;

--- Working platform carried by the fork of the forklift;

--- Mobile elevating working platform (see GB/T 25849) and guide frame climbing working platform (see GB/T 27547);

--- Lifting platform (see EN1570);

---Simple lift (see GB 28755)

--- cable car;

--- Lifts specially designed for military use;

--- mine lifts;

--- Lifting equipment for stage;

--- Lifts with hydraulic drive/brake systems and hydraulic safety devices;

--- Special purpose lifts;

---Dual-use construction lifts produced before the implementation date of this document:

This document identifies the hazards of such equipment at various stages of its life and describes when used as intended by the manufacturer Methods to eliminate or reduce these hazards (see Chapter 4):

This document does not specify additional requirements for:

--- Actions under severe conditions (such as severe weather, strong magnetic fields);

---Lightning protection;

--- Actions taken in accordance with special rules (such as rules for potentially explosive atmospheres);

--- Electromagnetic compatibility (emission, immunity);

--- Transportation of loads that may lead to hazardous situations (e.g. molten metals, acid/alkali substances, radioactive materials, fragile items);

--- the use of internal combustion engines;

--- the use of the remote control;

--- Hazards occurring during the manufacturing process;

--- Hazards arising from mobility (such as transferring sites);
