Reduce the risk to a minimum.

Manufacturers in the instruction manual and methods should provide for proper guidance of the machine power supply and ventilation interlock workshop. To ensure that the

In the absence of starting ventilation, the machine will not start.

5.1.7.1 Open loading door

After tetrachlorethylene was added the outer cylinder, the door can not be opened readily. Before drying process and deodorization process is complete, the door should remain interlock, see

5.1.7.2 and ISO 14119.1998 in Chapter 5, should meet the safety category 5.1.1.2.
5.1.7.2 not fully dried material in the volatile tetrachlorethylene

Prior to drying, the deodorizing process is not completed, the material is not properly removed from the machine. Or control the flow rate of the solvent recovered even

Continued drying time, so that the material drying uniform.

After the drying process is complete before deodorization process. Such as. deodorization obtained by the same duration or controlling the temperature or the solvent concentration cage

effect.

If due to a fault (eg supply failure, overload materials, pump failure, etc.) drying and deodorizing process can not be completed, should be in the instruction manual

There are the following recommendations.

--- how to open the door with a tool (can only be operated by trained personnel);

--- how to remove material from the cage with one of the operator and the presence of personnel in a secure manner;

--- How to return to the normal cycle after troubleshooting.

Due to a technical fault during the drying process is interrupted, there should be sound or light alarm and stop working cycle.

An interface should be provided, the outer cylinder when the door is closed, and the batch temperature above 35 °C normal flow, measuring the external cylinder residual gas tetrachlorethylene

concentration.

Note. The machine tetrachlorethylene concentration at the end of the cycle may have national regulations, the need for specialized technical characteristics.

On the loading door basket should be noted identification rated load (see ISO 8232), the operator's attention, if the machine is overloaded, there is not

The risk of completely drying materials. Guidebook should have the same content.

5.1.7.3 In the operation and maintenance of the water separator, the presence of tetrachlorethylene may have been scattered into the workplace and into the soil or into the sewer

Danger

A water separator outlet is closed to apply a water collection tank pipe, so as to avoid the discharge failure tetrachlorethylene.

Set tank capacity is not less than the discharge amount of machine work day, and observing whether there is to be noted that tetrachlorethylene in the collecting tank, such as by

Observation window. Flag on the current tank should alert the operator. water containing tetrachlorethylene, attention protection. Guidebook should have the same content.

Guidebook should require to be taken to ensure the safety injection machine tetrachlorethylene, and daily to drain the water produced by the machine.

Drain water separator tank and the other set, when the water circuit should be directly exhausted through the manual valve automatically closes to a distillation tank or

His tank.

5.1.7.4 tetrachlorethylene from joint activities, door seals and hoses leak

All contact with the gas or fluid tetrachlorethylene movable joint, door seal and structural material should be resistant hoses tetrachlorethylene.

Flexible seal parts in the recommended maintenance period should be flexible.

Including the hose member should have sufficient rigidity to withstand the mechanical forces generated during use, should be in the anti-fatigue recommended maintenance period

Labor or resistant to abrasion and tetrachlorethylene.

5.1.7.5 emit or leak when cleaning the lint filter tetrachlorethylene

After the machine at the door or other obvious places should have warning signs, signs should indicate the lint filter to a complete stop and cooling machine

Clean-up. Guidebook should include content on the mark.

If the lint filter door is open or closed, the machine will not operate (in line with ISO 14119.1998 in 5.3, 5.4 interlock

Device shall prevent the operation of the machine). This safety interlock member should belong to Class 1, see GB /Chapter 6 of 16855.1-2008 T.

5.1.7.6 emit or leak when cleaning button trap tetrachlorethylene

5.1.7.5 The same also applies to the button trap. Button trap structure should be designed to prevent inadvertent opening during the operation caused by

PCE distribute or leak.

5.1.7.7 Operation of the solvent filter, emit cleaning and maintenance or leak tetrachlorethylene

Solvent filter can only be opened with a tool. Opening means should be effective to open slowly and detect whether there is any liquid discharge is not yet fully

put. Positioning of the solvent filter to avoid overflow tetrachlorethylene open the housing, such as. vertical, open at the top, front or lateral opening and

A mounting groove for discharging a fixed flow back to the machine tetrachlorethylene.

Filter outlet to the interior of the machine can not be vented to the atmosphere in the workplace.
