3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 24936 and established the following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

Seat seat

In the all-terrain vehicle for an adult and an occupant of the vehicle with full decoration and structure as a whole or separately ride facilities.

The same seat type sametypeofseat There is no difference in terms of a class of seats.

--- Seat frame shape, size and material; structure, shape, dimensions, materials and the quality of the seat, and skin color does not allow the seat Same; within the range of 5% to allow the poor quality of the approved seat type seat quality.

--- Type and size adjustment system and locking system; regulating device seat, seat back and its components, displacement and locking device Type and size of the stop means.

--- Fixed-point seat belt, seat fixtures and relevant parts of the vehicle frame types and dimensions.

Fixture anchorage

The seat assembly is secured to the vehicle body structure of the device, including the impact of part of the body structure.

Adjusting means adjustmentsystem You can adjust the position of the seat or the seat occupant sitting member to accommodate the device, enabling the seat.

--- Longitudinal movement;

--- Vertical movement;

--- Adjust the angle.

Locking means lockingsystem Ensure seat or any institution which is maintained at a position to use part includes a locking backrest and seat and the seat relative to the vehicle Location institutions.

Headrest headrestraint Limit for adult occupant's head relative to the torso after the move to reduce the extent of damage in the event of a collision may be the cervical spine Means.

Seat centroid Seat with headrest device, refers to the headrest to the highest position, seat height and angle of the reference position in the design of the seat assembly Centroid.

4 Technical Requirements

4.1 General technical requirements

4.1.1 cushion and backrest surface should be plump, seam or hem clear, smooth surface, no wrinkles, faded, damaged.

4.1.2 Each seat adjustment means and shifting means should have automatic locking position.

4.1.3 The surface of the seat back member should not have anything that might increase occupant injury curvature sharp edges or protrusions on the back of the seat projections half Diameter not less than 5.0mm. This provision does not apply to the last row of seats mounted back to back or seat.

4.2 Headrest position and size

4.2.1 5.2.1 headrest height should be required to be measured, the height of not less than 650mm.

4.2.2 When you install a height-adjustable headrest, pillow height of its use in accordance with section 5.2.1 of the provisions of the measure, not less than 100mm.

4.2.3 The width of the head restraint shall ensure adequate head support surface is a normal posture of the occupant. When measured according to the provisions of 5.2.2, shall ensure both sides of the vertical center plane of the seat headrest from a distance not less than 85mm.

4.3 The strength of the seat back and its regulation when tested by the method of 5.3, the seat frame, seat fixtures should not damage the body and the seat assembly and the body should not be divided from. For adjustable seat adjustment device or locking device in the tests should enable the adjustment of the seat to maintain the original position after the test can lose tone Section function.

4.4 Seat static strength

In the process according to the process after the test of 5.4 or testing, and the seat assembly should separator body itself, the locking means should not be loose.

In addition, when the seat belt is mounted on a fixed point seat load shall be applied to the GB 24927 provisions of the belt anchorages Shi Plus corresponding force.

5 Test methods

5.1 General Requirements

A seat mounted on all-terrain vehicle, if its locking device and fixed some other way with the same seat or symmetrical, it is recommended to check Sensing mechanism can seat only one test.

5.2 to determine the position and size of the headrest 5.2.1 to determine the height of the headrest

5.2.1.1 The design of the headrest adjusted headrest height measurement reference position.

5.2.1.2 All lines, including the projection includes a reference line should be drawn within the vertical plane of symmetry of the seat or seating position. The plane of symmetry Seat intersection line determine the contours of the headrest and the seat back (see Appendix A of Figure A.1).

5.2.1.3 The three-dimensional human body model GB 11551-2003 shown in Appendix C of the seat into the normal riding position.

GB 11551-2003 5.2.1.4 The reference line in a three-dimensional human body model shown in Appendix C of the projected image of the corresponding 5.2.1.2 Vertical symmetry plane of the seating position. Vertically and tangent to the reference line tangent to the top of the head restraint S.

5.2.1.5 From the "R" point from the tangent S to the "h" is the height of the headrest 4.2.1 provisions.

5.2.2 to determine the width of the head restraint (see Appendix A of Figure A.2) 5.2.2.1 5.2.1.4 with the tangent located 65mm or less S and perpendicularly to the plane of the reference line S1 is determined by the contour of the C Limited cross-section of the headrest.

5.2.2.2 accordance with the provisions of 4.2.3 when tested, head width to be considered is a vertical longitudinal plane P and P 'with two cross-section S1 the distance between the intersection line L.

5.3 Seatback and adjust the intensity of the test device

5.3.1 according to the design of the seat installed in the vehicle body or body simulation test bench. On the adjustable seat, the seat should be adjusted to the test After the position and angle of the backrest is locked in the position of the design or a position corresponding thereto.

5.3.2 fake back through a simulation model in Appendix C of the GB 11551-2003, and is applied to the seat back along the opposite longitudinal backward Point 373N · m torque load to the seat "R".

5.4 Static strength test seat

5.4.1 Design of the seat to the seat reference position measurement quality and centroid.

5.4.2 according to the design of the seat installed in the vehicle body or body simulation test bench.

5.4.3 centroid through the seat forward and applied to the equivalent of 20 times the mass load back seat assembly in the horizontal direction, respectively. When you want to load Demand is gradually loaded to a predetermined value, and that value holding more than 0.2s. Load speed of no more than 5mm/min. When the all-terrain vehicle safety belts solid when mounted on the fixed seat, applying the load should be ahead of GB 24927 for the installation of a fixed point seat belt applying a corresponding load.
